1. Services Provided

China Real China provides travel planning and booking services for visitors to China. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Customized travel itineraries and route planning.
• Hotel and accommodation bookings.
• Private English-speaking tour guides.
• Domestic transportation arrangements (flights, trains, private vehicles).
• Visa assistance and consultation.
• 24/7 in-trip support and concierge services.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are booking on behalf of minors or other travelers, you confirm you have their authority to do so.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A non-refundable deposit (typically 30% of the total package price) is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before your scheduled departure date. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Refund terms vary based on the timing of cancellation:

• 60+ days before departure: full refund less deposit and any non-recoverable vendor fees.
• 30–59 days before departure: 50% of the total package price may be refunded.
• Fewer than 30 days before departure: no refund is available.
• No-show or early departure: no refund for unused services.

In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemic measures, or other unforeseeable events), we will work with you to reschedule or offer credit for future travel, as full refunds may not be recoverable from third-party suppliers.

5. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation disruptions, changes in attraction availability, or safety concerns. We will use reasonable efforts to substitute comparable services and minimize disruption to your trip. Any resulting price differences will be communicated in writing.

6. Passport, Visa, and Entry Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required permits. While we offer visa assistance and guidance, we do not guarantee visa approval. Refunds will not be issued for clients who are denied entry or whose documents are insufficient. Please verify current entry requirements with relevant authorities before traveling.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. Travel insurance is not included in our package prices unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward guides, local residents, and other travelers. Failure to comply with local laws, regulations, or reasonable instructions from our team may result in termination of services without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or conduct-related reasons.

9. Health and Safety

Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or special dietary requirements. While our guides are trained in basic first aid, we are not a medical provider. Certain activities may carry inherent risks; by participating in optional activities (such as hiking, cycling, or water sports), you assume responsibility for your own safety.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, photographs, videos, and designs, is the property of China Real China or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

China Real China acts as an agent for hotels, transportation providers, and other third-party service partners. While we carefully select and vet our partners, we cannot be held liable for negligence, acts, or omissions of third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us by you for the specific travel package in question.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or mediation, with the prevailing party entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Our place of business and the primary location for dispute resolution shall be Beijing, China.

14. Pricing Accuracy

While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and confirm the correct price before finalizing your booking. Published prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed in writing.

15. Reviews and Testimonials

Client testimonials and photos shared with us may be used on our website and marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing. You retain ownership of your content and may request removal at any time.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be interpreted so as to most nearly effect the original intent of the parties.

17. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or email. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
